Our most recent tablet which includes the latest technology is the i895QW which features Intel Inside and has an OS System of Windows 10 which offers you a majority of options such as multi-tasking. You can have a variety of activities happening at the same time without slowing the tablet, have the browser open as you use skype; play your favorite music while you work on a document.
Another advantage is that you can use your Microsoft account to sign in to any of your tablets or PCs running Windows 10, and you'll see the same layout, apps, and settings. Signing in with your Microsoft Account (which is simply an email address and password of your choice) also allows you to access apps and even view/edit/save your photos and documents. You can access OneDrive with Windows 10, OneDrive is a free online storage that's built into Windows 10. Save documents, photos and other files to OneDrive automatically, and get to them anytime, from any of your PCs or devices. By activating Microsoft Office, you will automatically receive one-year free storage from One Drive. By using this, you can store unlimited files: photos, documents, videos, etc. which you can access from your phone, tablet. or computer anytime and anywhere! One drive also comes with Office Online so that you can open, edit, create and save your files regardless of the type of device you are using. And after the one year, you can renew your membership for a reasonable price, if you choose not to pay for One drive after the free 1-year trial is over, your files will not be erased from One Drive! You can still access the files, however, you will not be allowed to continue to upload & save more.

Return Policy
1 Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty Policy
- Wiltronic products come with a one year manufacturer warranty. At reseller’s discretion, Wiltronic can take over end user warranty services 3 months from the date of invoice.
- Warranty is applicable only in USA.
- Wiltronic warrants free labor at its option under the warranty period to replace product if it is determined to be defective at “no charge”. End user is responsible to ship back defective products and pay for shipping charges both way, by including a $30.00 money order for return shipping cost. This limited warranty does not cover any loss or damages that occurred as a result of:
- Cosmetic damage
- Shipping or improper installation or maintenance
- Misuse
- Neglect
- Any cause other than ordinary commercial or industrial application
- Adjustment by non-authorized source or any of the products firmware or hardware that you or any third party have modified or altered
- Improper environment
- Excess or inadequate heating or air conditioning or electrical power failures, surges, connection to improper voltage supply or settings or other irregularities
- All warranty related returns must have RMA (Return Material Authorization) numbers issued from Wiltronic. Wiltronic reserves the right to refuse any package without RMA number written outside of the shipping box.
- If returning products/samples for credit, any missing accessories will be deducted as determined in the “Parts/Accessories schedule”
- By default Wiltronic will return RMA or under warranty repaired units the way they (RMA) came into Wiltronic (with/without book, accessories, etc.)
- If reseller wants complete accessories when Wiltronic returns warranty/repair units, reseller must specify at the time of RMA issuing. Subject to the availability of such parts, reseller agrees to pay for any parts/accessories that Wiltronic includes to the warranty/repaired units.
