WILTRONIC PLATINUM LIMITED WARRANTY

                                                                                                       

The Platinum Limited Warranty adds an additional year to the Standard Wiltronic Corporation Warranty. All the terms and conditions remain the same as our Standard Warranty, except now your unit will be under warranty for an additional 12 months from the date of purchase. So, with the Platinum Limited Warranty, your warranty period is extended from one year to two years, effective from the date of product purchase.

 

What this Platinum Limited Warranty covers: Wiltronic Corporation warrants that the product accompanied by this limited warranty is free from manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product, and only to products purchased and used in the United States of America. The limited warranty period also applies to any implied warranties that may exist under applicable law. If any person or entity other than Wiltronic Corporation repairs or replaces parts on the Products without the prior written consent of Wiltronic Corporation, this limited warranty shall be void with respect to the part or component of the Products so repaired or replaced, and with respect to any other part or component related thereto.

 

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

  • Cosmetic damage
  • Shipping or improper installation or maintenance
  • Misuse
  • Neglect
  • Any cause other than ordinary commercial or industrial application
  • Adjustment by non-authorized source or any of the products firmware or hardware that you or any third part have modified or altered
  • Improper environment
  • Excessive or inadequate heating or air conditioning or electrical power failures, surges, connection to improper voltage supply or settings or other irregularities
  • Accidents, acts of God

 

Parts and Labor

Within the limited warranty period applied to the Product, Wiltronic Corporation will repair defects in the Product at no charge. Within the limited warranty period applied to the Product, Wiltronic will repair or replace the defective parts of the Product. After the limited warranty period applied to the Product, the customer can choose to have the Product repaired on a fee basis.

*NOTE*

With respect to all service provided, it is Customer's responsibility to backup the contents of your Product (if applicable), including any data you have stored or software you have installed on the Product. It is likely that the contents of your Product will be lost or reformatted in the course of service and Wiltronic Corporation will not be responsible for any damage to or loss of any programs, data or other information stored on any media or any part of any Product serviced.  If during the repair of the product, the contents of the Product are altered, deleted, or in any way modified, Wiltronic Corporation is not responsible. The Product will be return as originally configured when purchased.

 

Shipping

Wiltronic Corporation will only cover the cost of return shipping and handling (within the Continental United States) within 90 days of the original date of purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping the Product to Wiltronic Corporation. We strongly suggest you insure the package; Wiltronic Corporation is not responsible for damaged or lost Product during shipping if customer did not insure or pack the Product properly. 
Be sure to remove all third party features, parts, options, alterations, and attachments not warranted by Wiltronic Corporation prior to sending the Product to Wiltronic Corporation for service. Wiltronic Corporation is not liable for any loss or damage to these items.

 

How to Claim the Warranty

If you believe the product is defective please return it to Wiltronic Corporation in the manner described below within the limited warranty period. If Wiltronic Corporation determines a defect is covered by this limited warranty, Wiltronic Corporation will, at its option, repair or replace the product or components of the product. This limited warranty extends to repaired and replacement products and components only through the end of the original limited warranty period.

To make a claim under this limited warranty you must first contact Wiltronic Corporation. Please call 909-627-9888 Monday –Friday 9am- 5:30pm Pacific Time or email to support@iviewus.com. You must provide proof of purchase in order to obtain service under this limited warranty.

Return Policy

  • Wiltronic products come with a one year manufacturer warranty. At reseller’s discretion, Wiltronic can take over end user warranty services 3 months from the date of invoice.
  • Warranty is applicable only in USA.
  • Wiltronic warrants free labor at its option under the warranty period to replace product if it is determined to be defective at “no charge”. End user is responsible to ship back defective products and pay for shipping charges both way, by including a $30.00 money order for return shipping cost. This limited warranty does not cover any loss or damages that occurred as a result of:
    • Cosmetic damage
    • Shipping or improper installation or maintenance
    • Misuse
    • Neglect
    • Any cause other than ordinary commercial or industrial application
    • Adjustment by non-authorized source or any of the products firmware or hardware that you or any third party have modified or altered
    • Improper environment
    • Excess or inadequate heating or air conditioning or electrical power failures, surges, connection to improper voltage supply or settings or other irregularities
  • All warranty related returns must have RMA (Return Material Authorization) numbers issued from Wiltronic. Wiltronic reserves the right to refuse any package without RMA number written outside of the shipping box.
  • If returning products/samples for credit, any missing accessories will be deducted as determined in the “Parts/Accessories schedule”
  • By default Wiltronic will return RMA or under warranty repaired units the way they (RMA) came into Wiltronic (with/without book, accessories, etc.)
  • If reseller wants complete accessories when Wiltronic returns warranty/repair units, reseller must specify at the time of RMA issuing. Subject to the availability of such parts, reseller agrees to pay for any parts/accessories that Wiltronic includes to the warranty/repaired units.
